Do I Need To Supply My Own Vacuum Or Cleaning Supplies?No, you are not required to provide your own Supplies! Ki will arrive well prepared for the task. Some Folks prefer we use their Vacuum or Cleaning Products- just let us know and we can chat further! There will be no price change if The Client chooses to use their own products.

Do I need to Leave my Home While You Clean?We understand it can be a scary thing to trust someone new inside your home. During our consultation, we can discuss what makes you most comfortable. It is not a requirement that you leave during you clean. Most Clients use this time to run errands and some pop- in and check up.

What kind of supplies do you use?I use a variety of different products and enjoy testing out new ones occasionally! My everyday vacuum is a Dyson V11. My go to cleaning products are: -Bar Keepers Friend soft scrub and stone polish -Dawn Powerwash -Mrs. Meyers glass cleaner - Any ATTITUDE brand cleaners -Lavender scented Pine sol -Pumice stones

Do you have a team?No, Ki is a Solo Cleaner.

What Is Your Cancellation Policy?I understand that unexpected things happen and you may need to cancel your Cleaning appointment. If you need to cancel your appointment, I require 48 hours (2 full days) Notice. Ki will do her best to reschedule you to a day that is more convenient for you. There is no cancellation fee provided we receive your Notice within 48 hours. If you must cancel with less than 48 hours notice, I do charge a modest fee of $25. If you must cancel or reschedule with less than 24 hours, I must charge a fee of $50. If you cancel your clean with less than 12 hours notice, or Ki cannot gain access to your property, you will be charged 50% of your original service cost. If you, or any members of your household are experiencing Fevers, Vomiting, Rashes, or any health concerns of similar nature, please notify Ki ASAP to cancel your appointment. If less than 12 hours notice is received, Ki will need to charge a fee.

A $50.00 Non-Refundable deposit is required initially to book with Ki.
The remaining balance must be paid in full upon completion of the Clean.
Cancellation Policy
We require 48 hour (2 full days) Notice if you need to Cancel or Reschedule your Cleaning.
There is no cancellation fee provided we receive your Notice within 24 hours.
If you must Cancel or Reschedule your Clean with less than 48 hours notice, you will be charged 50% of your Service costs.
If you must Cancel or reschedule the day of or we cannot gain access to your Home, you will loose your $50.00 deposit and be required to pay 50% of your Service cost.
Satisfaction Guarantee
We ask that the Client completes an inspection when the cleaning is complete. If notified within 24 hours of unsatisfactory results, Ki will return ASAP to fix it.
